I am a Weight-Loss Coach helping older adults recover from health issues due to lifestyle habits that have led to obesity. The solution is simple, if the contributing cause to disease in adult years is obesity, then correcting obesity should resolve these issues.

Why can I help you?
I've gone through the process of weight loss.

In my adult years I have lost a significant amount of weight, corrected prediabetes, corrected GERD and eliminated physical pain. Already being in my 60s, I can understand the challenges we older adults face. The photos are of my weight correction in my mid 50s.
